You confirm that you know of no medical, physical or mental reasons why you would not be capable of performing the physical activity in which you choose to participate online at OnClick Lifestyle Ltd.
You acknowledge your responsibility in communicating to an instructor prior to commencing activity, any physical and/or mental concerns affecting you which could conflict with participation in your chosen classes.
You assume all risks of injuries associated with use of OnClick and its online classes including, but not limited to falls, trips, exercises and techniques taught to me by trainers employed by or providing services for OnClick Lifestyle Ltd. and all other risks being known and appreciated by you.
Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, in consideration of accepting your use of the services provided to you at OnClick Lifestyle Ltd. You agree to Hold Harmless, Waive and Release OnClick Lifestyle Ltd., its directors, employees, representatives, anyone else providing a service at OnClick Lifestyle Ltd. and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands or claims of any kind arising out of your participation in training, classes or anything else organised by or on behalf of OnClick Lifestyle Ltd.
